BHM assisted the client in reaching their budget by offering a number of value engineering savings, including the use of swales in lieu of a gravity drainage system. The implementation of a phased traffic management solution within a highly trafficked, urban area was of significant importance to the delivery of the project.
BHM were employed by the Ministry for Public Works and Transport to carry out the following scope of works:
• Site clearance and bulk earthworks
• Stabilisation of base material

• Realignment of roadway and roundabouts
