Building Division

The Building Division works in partnership with private and public sector clients to tailor our services to meet the needs and requirements of our ever changing market. No matter the job scope, whether traditional construction, design and build or bespoke, our team of professionals are involved with each project from start to finish.

The Building Division currently only undertakes new build projects, allowing us to pass on the benefits of our experience in construction methodology, value engineering, procurement and programming. The Division works closely with our clients to accurately deliver costing and fully developed designs. In the future we will be adding refurbishment and renovation for existing buildings to this service.

In-House Capabilities

BHM has strong in-house technical services and design management capabilities. Our expertise is in delivering economical, temporary works schemes and the proposals for alternative materials and construction methods where we believe they can bring benefits to our clients.
