Board of Directors
Anthony Myers
Anthony is the founder of the company. He has diversified his portfolio of interests to include bitumen production, aragonite mining as well as marina, commercial and residential real estate in the USA, Europe and the Caribbean.
Peter Andrews
Peter has been a Director of the company since 1984; his other interests include ready mix concrete, waste management along with haulage and aviation.
Ebbe Saidi, CEng, MICE, PE
Ebbe joined BHM in 2000; a Chartered Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry including marine, airport and major highways. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and General Contractor in the Bahamas.
Craig Symonette
Craig has been a Director since 1984; he is also the Chairman of the Symonette Group, an investment company with a variety of interests in banking, shipping, farming and retail.
Andrew Symonette
Andrew has been a Director of BHM Group since 2017. He has over 12 years’ experience in the Engineering Sector in the UK and The Bahamas where he is President of New Providence Development Company a water utility company operating on three different islands as the leading Bahamian Reverse Osmosis design, build and operate company.

Paul Huckle
Paul joined BHM in 2006 and is a Commercial Manager with over 40 years of Commercial and Management experience in the Construction Industry, working on both Major Building and Civil Engineering Projects. Before joining BHM, Paul was a Commercial Manager for Balfour Beatty limited.
Rob Garraway PE
Rob has over 17 years’ experience of design and project management of complex civil engineering schemes. He joined BHM in 2013, Prior to joining BHM he was a senior Project Engineer for the Ministry of Works and Transport in the Bahamas. Rob is a Member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers.
Sanara Kennedy
Administrative Manager
Sanara joined BHM in 2006 and has over 20 years’ experience in accounting and administrative processes, and is responsible for the efficient accounting and financial analysis of the Company Accounts.
Sean Geiser
Project Manager
Sean joined BHM in 2008, with over 26 years of Extensive Knowledge and Experience in The Civil Engineering Sector, and Marine projects in South Africa and Working for Large Paving & Construction Companies In The UK, before joining BHM.
Jermaine Clarke
HSE Manager
Jermaine joined BHM in 2019, and has an Academic background in Occupational, Environmental Safety and Health. Experienced in site inspections, audits, risk assessments etc., having managed & maintained a number of internationally recognized standards within BHM Co Ltd and instrumental in improving environmental, health & safety throughout the organization, and ISO certification.
Vijay Rajendran
Technical Manager
Vijay has over 17 years of expertise in construction material testing. Prior to joining BHM, he was the Material Engineer/Lab Manager for Nigeria’s largest Road project. He has also worked internationally in laboratory administration, material engineering, mix designs, QA/AC, and material testing. He has a thorough understanding of soil, concrete, and hot and cold-mix asphalt and is a certified Lead auditor ( ISO 9001:2015)
Scott Weavin
Commercial Manager
Scott joined BHM in 2018 and has over 24 years’ experience of commercial and project management of complex healthcare, infrastructure, residential and civil engineering schemes. Prior to joining BHM he was a senior commercial consultant working on numerous projects both within the UK and internationally.
Leron Burrows
Estimator
Le’Ron has 17 years of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction. He is a Chartered Civil Engineering Surveyor (MCInstCES) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying and a BSc Honors degree in Engineering Management. Since joining BHM in 2009, he has worked as a QS and Estimator, and managed a number of projects from tender stage to project close out.
Stephen Litchfield
Equipment Manager
Stephen joined BHM in 2018 and is the BHM Operational Equipment Manager with over 38 years’ experience in the maintenance and operation of Civil engineering equipment, operating in many locations worldwide for major engineering companies and has Overall Responsibility for Companies Equipment, and Specialist operations within piling works.
Holif Fox
Chief Surveyor
Holif joined BHM in 2013 is an accomplished Surveyor and Site Engineer with over 11 years of experience in Data collection, Survey & Site layout, including robotic and LiDAR surveys, together with site engineering & management supervision of site operations, Holif has a degree in Civil Surveying Engineering Technology.
Robyn Knowles
Plant Manager (GB)
Robyn has 4 years of experience working with Concrete and Asphalt Batch Plants. Responsible for the installation, configuration, and calibration of the batch plants. Along with 20 years of experience working in the Technology Field as a computer engineer.
