Within the existing luxury community of Lyford Cay in the Bahamas, BHM were commissioned to construct a new high quality bespoke residence and adjoining guest cottage. Lyford Cay is an established premier community boasting a marina, golf course, Private Club House, amongst many other facilities. The properties within Lyford Cay, feature traditional and non-traditional Bahamian architecture and offer views of the marina and golf course and mature landscapes.
The scope of works for the property included;
