Independence Business Park was created to address the growing needs of the local business community. Flexibility of the space was important to our client to allow customization of the units to accommodate larger businesses in the future. Completed in May 2010, this faclllty now provides accommodation for a range of businesses induding Dunkin Domuts, Cable Bahamas, Mac Fit 360, Newlife Natural Vegetation, Insurance Company of the West Indies (ICWI), New Life Restoration Ministries and Nautical Boutique.
The scope of works for this $5.5mllllon scheme included:
• Initial site clearance and preparation
