BHM’s initial contract with the Paradise Island Tourism and Development Agency was for a 2 year, $16million contract to rehabilitate the infrastructure and road network for the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island. In a busy, tourist environment it was essential that works were carried with minimal impact on the general public.
