As a Bahamian-owned company, we are proud of a growing and committed team of project managers, commercial managers, accountants, engineers, surveyors, mechanics, plant operators and skilled operatives, many of whom have been with BHM for more than 25 years. Our team has grown by recruiting local professionals with the right skills and expertise who can be trained to lead BHM in the future.

We believe in hiring future managers and front-line staff who will support our existing staff through training, coaching, and mentoring to meet the challenges and support innovation in our industry.
